Neil Smilek, SRA
Neil Smilek, SRA, is celebrating his 20th year at Ed Cline Appraisals. Neil became Certified as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser in 2003 and earned his SRA Designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2009. He is a member of the Employee Relocation Council and is FHA approved. Neil serves Beaver and Butler Counties, and the Northern Allegheny County area.
Prior to joining the Ed Cline Appraisals team, Neil worked for 26 years in Residential Contracting, and sales of residential and light-commercial building materials. He also provided custom home design services to local builders using AutoCAD. Neil brings his construction experience to the firm, providing appraisal services of New Construction and High-Value Custom Homes.
Neil's passion for photography spans more than 50 years, and several of his photos have been included in a variety of publications and promotions. A winter scene of a frozen Ohio River was featured on WTAE Morning News and Weather.
Neil is a 1973 graduate of Riverside High School, and currently resides in Rochester Township with his wife Tatha. He has two step-children and one step-granddaughter.
