Rodney Dravenstott has been appraising for over thirty years. He began his career in real estate as a sales agent for Crestwood Realty. Rod has been appraising with Ed Cline Appraisal for over twenty-four years, and currently partners with this wife, Beth to provide superior service for their clients.
In his thirty-plus years, Rod has appraised an array of complex properties, including Amish farms. Rod is a Certified Residential Appraiser in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and is VA and HUD approved.
His geographical areas of expertise include Lawrence, Mercer and Beaver Counties in Western Pennsylvania, and he primarily completes appraisals on one to four unit properties.
Rod also specializes in appraisals for mortgage lending, estate properties, real estate valuation for net worth portfolios, investing, and pre-listing consulting to make sure that properties are properly priced.
